How much is a Curves for Women Membership?
We offer several plans to meet the needs of our members. The three primary memberships are Annual, Monthly, or Check Draft (CD). Most members prefer the Check Draft program because it offers a discount over the monthly membership and is hassle free (payments are automatically deducted each month). Please stop in and we can help select the option that's right for you.
How long is my membership good for?
Most members sign up for the Annual or CD plan. Both are 12 month commitments.
Can I use my membership at other locations?
In many cases your Curves for Women membership can be used at over 2,000 locations nationwide. See one of our team members for details on how to utilize this great feature!
How often do I need to work out?
Curves for Women recommends a 30 minute workout three times per week. This provides the ideal mix of aerobic conditioning without over stressing your muscles.
What can I expect from Curves for Women?
We offer a fun, high energy facility. Our employees will work closely with you to help you achieve your desired results. Most women enjoy working out in a non-threatening environment designed just for them.
What other products and services do you offer?
In addition to our Quickfit 30 minute circuit, we also offer vitamins, protein shakes, and some great merchandise (shirts, water bottles, etc)
How long has Curves for Women been in business?
The first Curves for Women facility opened in 1995 in Texas. Over 500 new Curves for Women facilites will open this year alone. Join the fun!
What if I have never worked out before?
Our Quickfit circuit is comprised of easy to use hydraulic resistence machines. They allow you to progress at your own pace, even if you are a novice!
