Quickfit Circuit

Women no longer need to compromise and miss important elements of fitness. Everyone can fit thirty minutes into their busy schedules.
  • Our Quickfit circuit alternates hydraulic resistance strength training machines with aerobic recovery stations - music makes it fun
  • You move to a new station every thirty seconds and check your heart rate every eight minutes.
  • In just half an hour, you will have burned up to 500 calories and safely performed all aspects of a total fitness program

We've created the first strength-training program comfortable for women.  By increasing lean tissue, women will raise their metabolism and expect to keep the weight off!

Quickfit Equipment

All Quickfit equipment has been specially designed just for women.  The equipment's hydraulic resistence allows you to progress at your own pace.  Here is a sample of some equipment you'll see when you come in for your initial meeting:

  • Abdominal Back Station
  • Bicep Tricep Station
  • Leg Extension / Curl Station
  • Leg Press Station
  • Shoulder Press Station
  • Chest Back Station

Follow These Steps at each Workout

  • Warm up
  • 20 minutes at sustained target heart rate
  • 3 sets of strength training on major muscle groups
  • Cool down
  • Stretching routine
  • A complete workout includes 5 components.....

    Warm-up - Cardiovascular - Strength Training - Cool Down - Stretching.

    - Quick Fit - A complete workout designed for women that only takes 30 minutes.

    - Aerobic Exercise - Allows you to burn body fat and to improve heart, lungs & vascular system.

    - Strength Training - Allows you to protect and increase lean tissue, which raises metabolism

    - Safe, Accomodating Hydraulic Resistance - keeps you moving smoothly and safely around the circuit.

    - You Push, Then Pull - Rather than lift and lower weights. This reduces the potential for soreness and injury.

    - A Safe, Load-Bearing Activity - Helps to maintain bone density and fight osteoporosis.

    - Strengthening Muscles - Provides joint stability and is a crucial part of arthritis treatment.
